Sonoma County Work Force Housing

Challenged by the constraints of a linear site and existing context, the design team structured the site to read and three separate nodes of community, all centered around community gardens, tot lots, a community plaza and easily defendable public spaces. This Build It Green project has been successfully entitled through local jurisdictional authorities and is currently in design. Construction to start in early 2012.
